Job summary

NSW Government is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Enterprise Platform Transformation, accountable for end-to-end delivery across a multi-year ERP modernization with TechnologyOne OneCouncil.

You will set and govern a master roadmap, drive governance forums, manage budgets and vendor performance, and define success metrics to ensure benefits realization for finance, procurement, payroll, and service functions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multi-year ERP or enterprise SaaS programs.
• Public sector experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor costs.
• Independence with no conflicting interests in vendor work.
• Hands-on TechnologyOne experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the master roadmap for the program.
• Chair governance forums from control groups to executive steering.
• Manage budgets, forward spend, and vendor costs.
• Hold TechnologyOne and other suppliers to commitments and escalate when needed.
• Define success metrics for each module and track delivery.
• Ensure the platform is configured as designed, not heavily customized.
• Provide executives with clear, actionable briefings.
