Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience delivering large, complex enterprise technology programs.
• Experience in ERP and corporate-services transformation across HR/payroll, finance, procurement and asset management.
• Proven capability in program recovery, governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment.
• End-to-end implementation experience including data migration, testing, cutover and transition to operations.
• Commercial and vendor-management experience managing systems integrators and consulting partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex enterprise technology and business transformation programs with strategic direction and executive oversight.
• Stabilise and recover challenged transformation programs by strengthening delivery plans and governance.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation including design, build, data migration, testing, cutover and operations transition.
• Manage major implementation partners, procurement activities and contract negotiations.
• Drive shared-services transformation and operating-model alignment.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including employees, contractors and partners.
