Enterprise Platform Account Executive

Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive on the Platforms team in Sydney to drive growth with existing Stripe users. You will manage a named enterprise account list, lead full-cycle deals, and work with Engineering, Product, and Finance to tailor workshops and analyses that demonstrate Stripe’s payments platform value.

You will engage senior leaders, develop strategic plans, and build repeatable sales processes to convert opportunities across upper mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably selling a technical product.
• Experience selling an API-first technology to upper mid-market and enterprise.
• Proven ability to advance complex, multi-party deals through consultative processes.
• Ability to explain Stripe solutions to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a named account list; develop plans to win and expand with upper mid-market and enterprise.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and coordinate executive touchpoints.
• Contribute to Stripe’s platform partnership strategy and scalable engagement models.
• Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through close for enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Finance to lead product workshops and analyses.
