Job summary

Saab Australia is seeking a Program Performance Manager to lead the Enterprise Performance Management Framework across the CSI-IPT. You will deliver timely, insightful reporting, manage governance cadence, and drive improvements in performance measurement and business processes.

The role requires 5+ years in Defence, strong analysis, and excellent stakeholder engagement. Hybrid work options and Australian citizenship with security clearance to NV1 are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Formal qualification in Project Management (PMP/CPPM) desirable.
• Qualification or experience in Project Controls, Governance, PMO-related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise and Tasking Statement performance reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage CSI-IPT reporting and governance cadence, including reviews and action tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement in performance measurement, reporting, governance, and processes.
• Support CSI Manager, Project Managers and Industry Partners with reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain the CSI-IPT Enterprise Performance Management Framework for governance and decision‑making.
• Analyse enterprise performance trends and provide actionable insights for decisions and delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards and performance visualisations for schedule, cost, risk, and resources.
