Job summary

Computershare Australia is seeking a Senior Software Developer (.NET) in Melbourne. Based in the Melbourne office for a minimum of three days per week with optional work-from-home days, you will deliver enterprise-scale applications, mentor junior developers and influence technical direction within an Agile team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in .NET (C#) and SQL development in enterprise environments.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps teams with full software development lifecycle knowledge.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and influence technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy software solutions that deliver business value.
• Support and maintain existing applications, including troubleshooting.
• Participate in an L3 on-call support rotation for production incidents.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive resolution of complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to development standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders.
