Salesforce, Inc. is hiring Deployment Strategists to serve as the operational backbone for high-stakes migrations and platform modernizations.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery across discovery, strategy, execution, and value realization for enterprise customers moving to MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud. This role blends program management, engagement leadership, and business analysis, leading cross-functional pods, governance, and executive alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise customer delivery and enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams and strict milestones.
• Strong governance, scope management, and executive stakeholder skills.
• Experience with Professional Services, SIs, or external customer teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end across the full lifecycle: Discovery → Migration Strategy → Execution Oversight → Value Realization & Handoff
• Establish engagement governance, track critical-path milestones, manage scope, and proactively resolve delivery risks
• Direct the day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, including internal Migration Leads, Professional Services consultants, and SI Partners
• Serve as the primary trusted contact for VP- and C-suite customer stakeholders, translating complex migration workstreams into clear business outcomes
• Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change
• Personally lead discovery workshops and "Jobs-to-be-Done" reviews, auditing legacy business processes and mapping requirements
• Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to synthesize legacy documentation, extract business logic, and accelerate delivery workflows
• Assess customer organizational readiness, define change enablement paths, and lead operational handoffs post-migration to support lasting adoption
