Job summary

PayPal is seeking an Enterprise Servicing Specialist (ESS) to manage a portfolio of our largest merchant customers. You will deliver proactive and reactive servicing, maintenance, and consultation using cutting-edge tools and thorough training.

You will join a collaborative, high-performing team closely aligned with Enterprise Sales and SMB segments, focusing on ensuring merchant satisfaction and maximizing PayPal product adoption and value.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders internally and externally

Responsibilities

• Engages with merchants to identify their needs and provides timely responses to requests.
• Communicates clearly with merchants about operational processes and product features.
• Solicits client feedback to identify service improvement areas and implements changes.
• Demonstrates foundational knowledge of product features and functionalities.
• Keeps informed about industry trends and regulations relevant to merchant services.
• Assists clients in account configurations and provides guidance on standard offerings.
• Handles standard client issues independently and resolves them promptly.
• Acts as primary contact for client issues with minimal escalation.
• Recognizes growth opportunities within merchant accounts and communicates them to the team.
