• Experience leading enterprise leadership development or organisation-wide engagement initiatives.
• Track record translating survey and culture insights into practical actions.
• Strong consulting/facilitation with senior leaders.

• Lead enterprise leadership development strategy and capability architecture.
• Own the employee listening and engagement approach with meaningful insights and actions.
• Translate priorities into an integrated portfolio of initiatives to strengthen leader impact.
• Establish governance, measures and reporting for leadership and engagement outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice on leadership capability and engagement performance.
• Partner with executive leaders to strengthen accountability and culture development.
• Manage partnerships with external providers to maximise impact.
• Contribute expertise to organisational development and people agenda.
