Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated minimum 5 years’ experience leading teams.
• Strong team leadership to build and run a cohesive unit and drive growth and development.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise integration platform implementations.
• Experience with modern integration architectures involving Kong, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Salesforce or similar tech to enable secure, scalable services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and SME on enterprise integration platforms, patterns, technologies and best practices.
• Identify and recruit skilled professionals, foster a positive work culture, align with agency values and promote growth and development.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmaps for integration platforms and services.
• Manage and prioritise integration development activities, balancing operational support and project delivery commitments.
