Qualifications

• Strong experience in Enterprise Command Center Operations.
• Hands-on with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Solid ITIL knowledge including Incident, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Proficient in monitoring infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.
• Experience with alert triaging, escalation, ticket handling, dashboard monitoring, and SLA reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Command Center Operations and monitoring for critical services.
• Utilize tools like ELK, SolarWinds, Nagios, Dynatrace, and PagerDuty for proactive detection.
• Coordinate with resolver groups to ensure timely incident resolution and SLA adherence.
• Maintain runbooks, dashboards, and monitoring procedures; generate operational reports.
• Participate in shift rotations and support business continuity and disaster recovery exercises.
