Job summary

Kinatico is seeking a Client Executive in Australia to lead the growth and retention of Enterprise accounts. You will manage portfolios, nurture allocated leads, and demonstrate Kinatico workforce compliance solutions across digital or face-to-face platforms.

Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager, you’ll leverage AI tools to surface insights and drive customer success, while collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to generate sustainable pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Significant software sales experience with enterprise accounts.
• Experience in workforce compliance or similar HR tech solutions.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contract requirements.
• Excellent presentation, relationship-building, listening and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with technology and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships at all business levels and respond to client needs.
• Nurture leads from qualification to close and demonstrate Kinatico solutions.
• Record activity in Salesforce and maintain pipeline hygiene with forecasting.
• Collaborate with Customer, Product and Marketing teams to surface insights.
