Job summary

Bega Group in Port Melbourne is seeking a visionary Enterprise Architect to lead the evolution of our technology landscape and shape AI adoption at scale. This role partners with senior leaders to align business priorities with technology outcomes and to drive multi-year roadmaps.

You will oversee security, resilience and modern application architectures while guiding major transformation programs and establishing architectural guardrails that support responsible AI innovation.

Qualifications

• Significant Enterprise Architecture and/or Solution Architecture experience within complex, enterprise-scale environments.
• Ability to influence executives and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, data, security, and modern application architectures with AI awareness.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise technology strategy, target-state architectures and multi-year roadmaps that connect business priorities with technology outcomes.

Lead architecture across major transformation initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, resilient and future‑ready.

Drive the responsible adoption of AI by establishing enterprise standards, governance frameworks and architectural guardrails.

Partner with senior business and technology leaders to shape investment decisions, prioritise initiatives and maximise value from technology.

Champion innovation, modernisation and continuous improvement across applications, platforms, integration and data capabilities.

About You

Significant Enterprise Architecture and/or Solution Architecture experience within complex, enterprise-scale environments.

Deep expertise across business, application, data and technology architecture, with a strong track record of delivering strategic outcomes.

Proven ability to influence executives, build trusted relationships and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Strong knowledge of cloud, integration, security, modern application architectures and emerging AI technologies.

A strategic thinker who balances long‑term vision with practical delivery and is passionate about driving innovation responsibly.
