Job summary

Bega Group is seeking an Enterprise Architect in Port Melbourne to lead the evolution of our enterprise technology landscape and drive AI-enabled capabilities. You’ll work with senior leaders to define strategic roadmaps, guide major investments, and set governance for emerging technologies at scale.

This hybrid, full-time role blends strategic influence with hands-on architectural leadership, enabling the business to modernise its technology ecosystem and realise future-ready outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant Enterprise Architecture and/or Solution Architecture experience within complex, enterprise-scale environments.
• Deep expertise across business, application, data and technology architecture with a track record of delivering outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence executives and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, integration, security, modern architectures and AI technologies.
• Strategic thinker balancing long-term vision with practical delivery and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology strategy, target-state architectures and multi-year roadmaps aligning business priorities with tech outcomes.
• Lead architecture across major transformation initiatives ensuring secure, scalable and resilient solutions.
• Drive responsible AI adoption via enterprise standards, governance and guardrails.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape investment decisions and maximise technology value.
