Job summary

CareCone Group in Brisbane seeks a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to lead end-to-end management of a portfolio of enterprise business applications, with a focus on Dynamics solutions across Finance, HR, and operations.

The role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, MSPs and internal IT teams to ensure application stability, regulatory compliance and tangible business value realization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise application management experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise application portfolios.
• Experience with SaaS and COTS business applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with multi-tiered and distributed architectures.
• Experience working with offshore and distributed support teams.
• Experience leading application transitions and service stabilization programs.
• Strong ITIL experience with preferred exposure to ServiceNow.

Position Summary

The Enterprise Applications Lead is accountable for the end-to-end management, governance, support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of a portfolio of enterprise business applications supporting Finance, HR, Collaboration, Quality, Aged Care Community functions.

The role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, application vendors, managed service providers, and internal technology teams to ensure application stability, service excellence, regulatory compliance, and business value realization.

Essential Experience

• 12+ years of enterprise application management experience.

• 5+ years leading enterprise application portfolios.

• Experience managing SaaS and COTS business applications.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Experience working with multi-tiered and distributed architectural landscapes.

• Experience working with offshore and distributed support teams.

• Experience leading application transitions and service stabilization programs.

• Strong ITIL experience with preferred exposure in Service Now.
