BusinessAI is seeking a Consultant to lead AI strategy engagements for Australian SMEs, guiding clients from opportunity discovery through implementation. You will run workshops, shape AI roadmaps, and drive measurable outcomes in collaboration with senior consulting leaders.

You’ll work directly with business owners and leadership teams, turning ideas into concrete plans, with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge AI tools in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, business advisory, strategy, transformation, or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial thinking and ability to identify business value and ROI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience developing recommendations, plans, and business improvement initiatives.
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Proactive, organised, and self-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across AI strategy and implementation programs.
• Run discovery workshops, business reviews, and planning sessions.

• Support clients through execution and track progress against goals.
• Prepare recommendations, action plans, and client deliverables.
• Contribute to consulting frameworks, case studies, and best practices.

• Represent BusinessAI through webinars, workshops, and industry events.
