Job summary
NCS Australia is expanding its AI & Power Platform Solutions team and seeks a highly skilled AI & Power Platform Technical Lead to architect, design and implement secure, enterprise-grade AI solutions. You will lead multidisciplinary delivery teams through discovery to production deployment, aligning technical visions with customer goals.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an AI technical lead, solution architect or senior engineer.
- Track record delivering Power Platform outcomes in enterprise IT projects.
- Hands-on with LLM model selection, prompt/agent design and grounding.
- Experience with pro-code development, APIs, CI/CD and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of identity, data protection, security and governance for AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power Platform and AI solutions.
- Own end-to-end architecture, design and implementation of AI solutions.
- Lead on choosing delivery patterns based on complexity and security.
- Lead pro-code engineering using Azure services and APIs.
- Define architecture, non-functional requirements and testing strategy.
- Facilitate scoping workshops and translate requirements into designs.
