Job summary

News Corp Australia seeks an Enterprise AI Facilitator to join the Talent, Growth and Leadership team, driving high-impact AI learning interventions across the enterprise and equipping employees with practical skills to adopt emerging technologies. You will lead engaging workshops, manage multiple training projects, build real-world applications using process maps, maintain AI resources, and report on impact while ensuring internal compliance.

Travel to deliver in person or virtually as needed.

What's the role?

As our Enterprise AI Facilitator, you will join the Talent, Growth, and Leadership team to drive the high-impact execution of AI learning interventions across the entire enterprise. You will be essential in equipping employees with the practical skills needed to adopt emerging technologies and uplift overall AI proficiency.

Reporting to the Senior Talent Growth and Leadership Partner you will drive the high-impact execution of AI learning across the enterprise to uplift overall technology proficiency.

In This Role, You Will

• Deliver & Facilitate: Lead engaging, high-energy workshops and virtual sessions, simplifying complex AI concepts into practical, actionable content.
• Support Business Units: Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, aligning programs with specific business unit capability plans.
• Build Practical Skills: Ground training in real-world application using process and workflow maps.
• Maintain Resources: Support a centralised repository of "just-in-time" AI learning tools.
• Track Impact: Report on session effectiveness, learner engagement, and tool adoption rates while ensuring internal compliance.
• Deploy Flexibly: Travel as needed to deliver impact face-to-face or virtually.
