Job summary

Haast is seeking an AI Implementation Strategist to lead end-to-end AI deployments inside large enterprises, translating legal workflows into AI-ready logic and helping users trust the platform. You will engage senior legal and compliance stakeholders from day one, acting as a systems fixer in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background in law, compliance, or regulatory advisory is advantageous.
• Strong project management or policy background.
• Experience implementing SaaS or AI products beyond using them.
• Ability to engage senior legal and compliance stakeholders from day one.
• Systems-fixer mindset; not merely a follower.
• Thrives in ambiguity and likes building, not only executing.
• Genuinely curious about AI and experimenting with tools in legal work.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI implementation projects end-to-end from onboarding to rollout.
• Deconstruct enterprise legal workflows to identify AI opportunities.
• Translate complex legal docs into structured logic for AI.
• Help users understand, trust, and master the platform.
• Troubleshoot blockers and find clear paths through them.
• Feed live customer insights to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap.
• Build repeatable playbooks as we scale globally.
