Job summary

Haast is seeking an AI Implementation Strategist in Sydney to lead end-to-end AI deployment projects for enterprise legal and compliance teams. You will deconstruct workflows, translate complex documents into AI-ready logic, and drive adoption with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI implementation projects end-to-end, from onboarding through to full rollout.
• Work with enterprise legal and compliance teams to deconstruct workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Translate complex legal documents into structured logic for the AI platform.
• Help users understand, trust, and master the platform.
• Troubleshoot blockers and find clear paths through them.
• Feed live customer insights back to Product and Engineering to shape Haast's roadmap.
• Build repeatable playbooks as we scale our global footprint.
