Haast is building agentic systems for enterprise legal and compliance teams to automate manual work end-to-end, delivering faster reviews and higher productivity. The AI Implementation Strategist will deconstruct legal workflows, identify bottlenecks, and architect an AI strategy aligned with GC and CMO needs.

You’ll own end-to-end AI deployment projects, partner with legal, compliance, and marketing teams, and translate complex documents into executable AI logic.

Qualifications

• Background in law, compliance, or regulatory advisory is advantageous.
• Strong project management or policy background.
• Direct experience implementing SaaS or AI products, not just using them.
• Able to command credibility with senior legal and compliance stakeholders from day one.
• A systems-fixer, not a systems-follower.
• Thrives in ambiguity and wants to build, not just execute.
• Genuinely curious about AI and its application to legal work.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI implementation projects end-to-end, from onboarding through to full rollout.
• Work with enterprise legal and compliance teams to deconstruct workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Translate complex legal documents into structured logic our AI can act on.
• Help legal, compliance, and marketing users understand, trust, and master the platform.
• Troubleshoot strategic and technical blockers and find clear paths through them.
• Feed live customer insights back to Product and Engineering to shape Haast's roadmap.
• Build repeatable playbooks as we scale our global footprint.
