monday.com is seeking a Deployment Architect to provide technical depth for complex AI deployments across enterprise customers. You will lead discovery, design scalable AI architectures, and guide the delivery team from scope to execution.

This role requires deep AI expertise, data integration know-how, and a strong ability to communicate with both technical and executive stakeholders. You will own architectural standards, collaborate with pre-sales, and ensure governance and security across

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI solutions for external customers.
• Deep AI architecture knowledge for agentic systems and workflows.
• Ability to estimate delivery effort and create statements of work.
• Strong data architecture experience including ETL, migrations, and conversions.
• Proficiency with API/event-driven integration and REST/GraphQL standards.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• BA or BS degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery for new AI deployments and scope opportunities.
• Design AI architecture across agents, context, and data layers.
• Define integrations, data migrations, and custom interfaces.
• Estimate effort and consumption to inform scope and pricing.
• Create statements of work and support pre-sales with architectural depth.
• Produce architecture diagrams and solution design documents.
• Drive delivery standards, security, governance, and scalable patterns.
• Mentor delivery engineers and share knowledge across engagements.
• Collaborate with sales and executives to articulate value.
