Cognition is seeking a Deployment Engineer to lead technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, from deployment to activation, ensuring customers extract maximum value from Devin. You will design compelling product demos, run pilots, and coordinate with engineering to align use cases with Devin.

This role requires a technical background in CS or equivalent experience leading technical sales engagements, and a passion for building and solving hard problems in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Degree in a STEM field.
• Proven track record of enterprise deployments in GTM or forward deployed engineering roles.
• Natural relationship-builder with strong communication across roles and levels.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-intensity environments and learn quickly.
• Experience selling or leading highly technical engagements is a plus.

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle—from deployment through activation, ensuring customer success with Devin.
• Work with customers to identify best use cases and drive productive contribution from Devin.
• Build deep relationships with customer engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration and adoption.
• Advocate for customer needs and feedback; help set the product roadmap based on field input.
• Design and deliver training programs and enablement resources for customers.
