Job summary

Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CACGEL) seeks an Enrolment Support Officer within the Strategy team of the Archdiocesan Schools Office to assist with enrolments, regulatory collections and enterprise reporting.

Reporting to the Senior Enrolment Officer and supporting the Principal Strategy Officer, you will perform administrative and coordination tasks to help deliver the Apostolic Action Plan and ensure quality education outcomes for students.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
• Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (Please note these clearances are not required at point of application however are required prior to commencement)
• Current Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Enrolment Officer in the Strategy team with enrolments and regulatory collections functions.
• Support the Principal Strategy Officer and the broader team with strategy development support functions.
• Deliver administrative and support tasks within the Governance and Strategy directorate.

Salary: $98,346 only plus superannuation

About The Role

The Strategy team plays a critical role in the development and implementation of the Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CACGEL) Apostolic Action Plan (long-term strategy) through multiple functions including strategy development, enrolments, regulatory collections, network optimisation and enterprise reporting.

This Enrolment Support Officer role assists the Senior Enrolment Officer in the Strategy team of the Archdiocesan Schools Office (ASO), responsible for the enrolments and regulatory collections functions, while also supporting the Principal Strategy Officer and the broader team with strategy development support functions.

The Strategy team is part of the broader Governance and Strategy directorate within CACGEL and this role delivers administrative and support tasks within the broader portfolio.
