Job summary

Hunter New England Health in Manning Hospital, Taree, is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the perioperative theatre team. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing patient-centred care across the surgical journey and developing perioperative skills.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse to join a dynamic perioperative team and contribute to the delivery of safe, high-quality care to patients throughout their surgical journey. Working alongside Registered Nurses, surgeons, anaesthetists and the broader multidisciplinary team, you will gain valuable experience in the perioperative environment while being supported to develop your clinical skills and confidence. Whether you are an experienced theatre Enrolled Nurse or looking to develop your skills in perioperative nursing, you'll be supported by experienced clinicians who are committed to your professional development.

What You Will Be Doing

As an Enrolled Nurse within the Theatre team, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse and within your scope of practice to provide safe, person-centred care.

Availability

Job share - part time arrangements will be considered. This position is full time; however, part time-job share arrangements may also be considered.
