About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to provide safe, compassionate and evidence-based care to patients across a variety of clinical settings. You’ll be an integral member of the healthcare team, helping to deliver outstanding patient experiences while continually developing your clinical skills.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
  • Supporting patient assessments, care planning and evaluation.
  • Administering medications (where medication endorsed).
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Advocating for patients and supporting them and their families throughout their healthcare journey.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
