Job summary

Collarcare Aged Care is seeking Registered Nurses to provide high-quality clinical care to residents across the Riverina and South West NSW. This role emphasizes a holistic model of care and close liaison with residents, families, doctors and allied health professionals.

You will document residents' conditions, assist with medications, monitor nutrition, and participate in infection control and admission transitions.

Qualifications

• RN with AHPRA registration is required.
• Experience in working in aged care settings is preferred (Australian facilities).
• Vaccination requirements: 2 COVID vaccinations + booster and flu vaccination.
• Valid Police Check within 12 months.
• 100 Points of ID and valid work rights.

Responsibilities

• Clinical care of residents.
• Documenting residents' condition and assisting with medication administration.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Ensure a holistic model of care on every shift.
• Assist with admissions and easing transitions for residents and families.
• Liaise with residents, families, doctors and allied health professionals.
• Adhere to aged care standards on every shift.

To be considered you will need to be able to provide evidence of:

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Working Aged Care facility experience in Australia.(This does not include placements)
• 2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster
• Flu Vaccination.
• Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months).
• 100 Points of ID.
• Valid work Rights.
• Current CPR & First Aid.
• NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain

What will you be doing? RN
