Job summary

Lutheran Homes Group (LHG) in Victoria is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team in Horsham for part-time and casual shifts. You will provide person-centred nursing care and work closely with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.

You will administer medications, follow care plans, monitor health, and support daily living activities while promoting independence. AHPRA registration and strong communication, empathy, and patience are essential.

• AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Empathy, compassion and patience in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
• Deliver high quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.

As an Enrolled Nurse in aged care, you will provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care that supports older people to maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. Working closely with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team, you'll make a meaningful difference every day by building trusted relationships and helping people live with dignity, comfort, and respect.
