Job summary

Central Coast Local Health District is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the Community Nursing Team on the Central Coast. You will deliver person-centred nursing care to clients in the community, work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, and contribute to safe, evidence-based care within your scope of practice.

Qualifications

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2).
Approved medication administration qualification.
Valid Australian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred nursing care to clients in the community.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Apply clinical skills to provide safe, evidence-based care within scope of practice.
Build relationships with clients, carers and healthcare professionals to support quality outcomes.
