Job summary

Central Coast Local Health District is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the Community Nursing Team. This permanent part-time role involves delivering patient‑centred care in the community under supervision, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team.

You will apply your clinical skills to support health and independence, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and involvement in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2).
Australian Driver Licence.
Experience in community nursing and a commitment to safe, person‑centred care.

Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred nursing care to clients in the community under RN supervision.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support health outcomes.
Apply clinical skills to provide safe, evidence-based care.
Build relationships with clients and carers while contributing to quality improvement.
