Job summary

SA Health is seeking a nurse to join Keith & Districts Healthcare in the Limestone Coast Local Health Network. The role involves implementing nursing care, planning and prioritising activities, and providing information to patients and the public.

Under supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will contribute to high-quality nursing care and take part in ongoing education and flexible working arrangements within the local health network.

Qualifications

• Plan and prioritise own work program to achieve defined outcomes.
• Provide verbal and documented information within scope of practice to patients and staff.
• Assist with provision of professional nursing care under supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife.
