Job summary

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse for a permanent part-time role (32 hours per week). You will contribute to compassionate palliative care and work within a dedicated, multidisciplinary team across HammondCare sites.

A module on medication administration is required, along with flexibility to travel between sites. We offer a stimulating workplace with learning opportunities and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Palliative Care or interest in this specialist area.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Ability to work a rotating roster.
• Experience with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds; language skills a plus.
• Willingness to travel between HammondCare sites and services.
• Sound computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy and patience.

This permanent part-time role (32 hours per week) is for an experienced and skilled Enrolled Nurse who has completed a module on medication administration. Basedat Braeside Hospital in Prairiewood you will be a part of a highly dedicated team that provides the bestnursing care and advice to patients.

About you
