Qualifications

• Able to work within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively.

These permanent full-time roles are for experienced and skilled Registered Nurses. Basedat Neringah Hospital in Wahroonga you will be a part of a highly dedicated team that provides the bestnursing care and advice to patients with palliative care needs.

About you

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a hospital setting is preferred but recent graduates will be considered
• Experience working in the specialty area of Palliative Care in an inpatient setting or community is desirable
• Evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking, and analysis in your daily practice as a registered nurse
• Able to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Computer literacy with email and an electronic patient record system
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment
