You will work under the Clinical Care Manager, providing tailored care, building relationships with residents and families, and contributing to our dementia care services and values-driven mission.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
• Experience in aged care or similar healthcare settings is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a patient-centred approach.

Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our Caulfield residential aged care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their health, wellbeing, and dignity in a safe and welcoming environment.

Working within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare, and, under the direction of the Clinical Care Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering tailored and individualised care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
