Job summary

HammondCare is seeking an Enrolled Nurse at Braeside Hospital, Prairiewood, on a permanent part-time basis (32 hours per week). The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care in a dedicated team, with opportunities for learning, development, and participation in all aspects of patient care.

The candidate should have Palliative Care interest or experience, AHPRA registration, and the ability to work a rotating roster. Travel between HammondCare sites may be required.

• Ability to work a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Provide enrolled nurse care to patients at Braeside Hospital, Prairiewood.
• Support the multidisciplinary team with patient care and advice.
• Participate in learning and development activities and training.
• Assist with medication administration and safety within the unit.
