About the role
The Enrolled Nurse (EN) is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team at Collarenebri Multipurpose Health Service, providing safe, person-centred care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. The EN works across emergency, acute and residential care areas, supporting the health, wellbeing and independence of residents, patients and clients, and contributing to activities that enhance residents’ quality of life.
Our single goal is providing a service that improves the health of rural people and helps communities thrive, and in this role, you’llgrow long-term relationships with patients in the communities, assisting them by providing physical and psychological comfort and support with activities of daily living. You will be an integral member of the community and you’ll see not only the results of your care, but the appreciation of the community of the role you play in their health.
This is a rewarding role where you can be involved in people’s lives, not just their illnesses, and we commit to support you in an inclusive, collaborative and caring team environment.
As an important part of our multidisciplinary care team, you’ll deliver nursing care through a flexible service delivery model, both in community and ambulatory settings, with the support and supervision of registered nursing staff.
