Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide high‑quality care to residents in our NSW facilities. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering person‑centred care and contributing to safety and quality improvements.

You must hold current AHPRA registration, have Australian working rights, and be able to obtain necessary checks (police/NDIS) before starting. This role offers a supportive, community‑focused environment with opportunities across sites.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights.
• Police Check or NDIS check required prior to starting employment.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy and advocacy with residents and families.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate care across the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee the provision of high-quality care to residents.
• Practice within a diverse and multi-disciplinary care team to support residents.
• Provide clinical leadership and ensure individualised, safe care.
• Uphold a person-centred approach, recognizing residents' goals and preferences.
• Participate in clinical risk management and quality improvement activities.

• Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making.
• Your track record of leadership, ability to coordinate care across the team and provide clarity and direction.
• Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights.

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
