Job summary

RSL LifeCare in Nowra is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in residential aged care. You’ll work within a supportive team, applying clinical leadership and person-centred care to residents.

Casual and permanent part-time roles available with flexible shifts. You must hold AHPRA registration and Australian working rights; a police/NDIS check is required before starting.

• Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork and standard of care
• Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making
• Your track record of leadership, ability to coordinate care across the team and provide clarity and direction
• Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
