Singleton Heights Medical Practice is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team for 3-4 days per week and to cover sick and annual leave when required. You will work in a busy Treatment room, administering medications, infusions and immunisations while supporting GPs with a range of procedures.
Responsibilities include chronic disease management, data collection for quality improvement, and ensuring accurate patient records.

As a Enrolled Nurse at Singleton Heights Medical Practice, within our busy Treatment room you will be responsible for:
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with data collection for quality improvement initiatives.
Supporting GPs. Collaborating with administration and management to ensure efficient clinic operations and delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
Experience as a Practice Nurse, preferably in a primary care or general practice setting but not essential
Experience in general practice and with Best Practice software is advantage but not essential.
Understanding of Medicare billing processes and experience in care plan reviews, and health assessments.
