HammondCare Strathearn House in Scone is seeking a Permanent Part-time Enrolled Nurse to join our residential dementia care team. You will work alongside Registered Nurses, care staff and allied health professionals to deliver compassionate, person-centred care, in a supportive and values-driven environment.

This role focuses on high-quality clinical care, medication administration within scope, and contributing to residents' wellbeing.

• Current AHPRA registration as Enrolled Nurse.
• 1–2 years' experience in aged care or dementia care preferred.
• Solid clinical and assessment skills within scope of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good administrative and computer skills.
