Job summary

HammondCare Strathearn House in Scone is seeking a compassionate Permanent Part-time Enrolled Nurse to join our residential care team. You will provide safe, person-centred nursing care for residents and work with Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to support dementia care.

Ideal candidates hold current AHPRA EN registration, 1–2 years’ aged care or dementia care experience, strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication, and sound IT and documentation abilities.

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• 1–2 years’ experience in aged care, dementia care, or a related healthcare setting.
• Sound clinical and assessment skills within your scope of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good administrative and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident-focused nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Monitor resident health and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications within scope of practice.
• Assist with clinical documentation and assessments.
• Promote resident comfort, wellbeing and quality of life, using the LeeCare system.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Permanent Part-time Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our dedicated residential care team. About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play an important role in supporting the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of our residents. Working collaboratively within the care team, you will provide safe, high-quality clinical care and contribute to positive outcomes for our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering resident-focused nursing care in line with individual care plans
• Monitoring resident health and reporting changes in condition
• Administering medications within scope of practice
• Assisting with clinical documentation and assessments
• Promoting resident comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life
• Utilising HammondCare's LeeCare electronic reporting system
• Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams

About You
