Lutheran Homes Group is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for a casual role in Glynde, SA. You will work closely with the Care Coordinator and a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration as Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 6 months experience in acute or aged care.

• Follow care plans and workplace policies to deliver quality nursing care.
• Guide and support personal care workers in daily tasks.
• Notice health changes and report to doctors/family as required.

About the Role

Working closely with the Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role of delivering high-quality and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Work well with other staff and health professionals to provide respectful, safe, and person-centred care.
• Follow care plans and workplace policies to give quality nursing care.
• Guide and support personal care workers in their daily tasks when needed.
• Notice changes in a consumer’s health and report or act on them, including contacting doctors or family if required.

What You Will Need

• AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
• Minimum 6 months experience working in acute or aged care
• Familiarity with Lee care and MediMap is preferred; however, a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptable
• Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times. Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Candidates may be required to undergo a pre‑employment medical assessment and must hold a current NDIS Worker Clearance. In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
