Job summary

Airnorth is seeking an experienced Engineering Training & Development Officer to join our Engineering team. Part Time – 25 hours per week in Darwin, NT (preferred) or Perth, WA.

You will develop competency-based training materials, support on-the-job supervision for Apprentices and Engineers, and maintain training records to ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to small groups
• Strong computer skills and ability to interpret training data
• Ability to hold and maintain an ASIC
• Regulatory compliance experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop competency-based training programs and course materials
• Deliver technical and non-technical training to small groups
• Coordinate and support OJT supervision for Apprentices and Engineers
• Maintain training records and track progress
• Administer the Engineering authorisation matrix
• Record training outcomes in the CMMS
• Liaise with RTOs, CASA and external providers
• Conduct hangar inductions and prepare training facilities
