Job summary

TTW Melbourne seeks an experienced QA / Document Controller to support facade, structural, civil and traffic engineering projects. You will manage project documentation, maintain document registers, control revisions, issue transmittals and ensure accurate filing across multiple projects.

You will work closely with engineers, drafters, project leads, clients and contractors to ensure documentation is current, controlled and issued in line with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Document Controller in engineering, construction, architecture, or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of document control processes and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing documents across multiple projects.
• Maintain registers, transmittals, revision control, and filing systems.
• Ensure project teams are working from the latest approved information.
• Coordinate document flow between internal teams, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Support project setup, templates, and document control standards.
• Assist with QA and consistency checks prior to issue.
