Job summary

We seek an Engineering Manager to lead the Entitlements & Offerings team within the Consumer Platform's Commerce portfolio, shaping technical strategy for core offerings and scalable services used by millions of customers.

Qualifications

2+ years in a leadership role managing software engineers.
Hands-on software development background.
Experience building or running subscription-based services preferred.
Proven ability to deliver high-availability, scalable digital products.

Responsibilities

Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Mentor engineers and support career growth.
Remove blockers and ensure teams have resources to succeed.
Lead design, build, and maintenance of core subscription and billing services.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with PMs and designers.
Drive the team roadmap aligned with the Consumer Platform vision.
Own architecture and delivery for Offer Management, Pricing Management, Market Configuration, Feature Management, and Bundle Management.
Oversee project delivery on time and budget with high quality.
Champion Agile and DevOps practices.
Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Build strong relationships with internal partners.
