Job summary

Nine is Australia’s largest locally owned media company seeking a Product Manager in Streaming to own strategy and requirements for our Stan and 9Now platforms. You will shape an AI‑driven, unified tool ecosystem, guiding content workflows, CMS and tooling to power compelling user experiences.

You’ll collaborate with Content Operations, Programming and Engineering to build/optimise features, define new workflows, and drive innovative internal tools for future discovery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management or IT Business Analysis focusing on internal tools.
• Experience analysing and optimising processes and workflows.
• Track record automating operational workflows with AI tools.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into product improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to lead and influence across teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and execute strategy and roadmap aligned with Streaming goals.
• Identify workflow efficiencies to automate operations and enable scale.
• Share knowledge and lead cross‑functional change initiatives.
• Incept and prioritise initiatives based on business value.
• Experiment, measure and demonstrate value from improvements.
• Lead a squad of software engineers through new product initiatives.
• Collaborate with designers to build effective solutions for users.
• Work with product managers to enhance the Streaming experience.
• Conduct market analysis of off-the-shelf tools and competitors.
