Qualifications

• Strong leadership of engineers delivering customer-facing digital products in production.
• Deep technical depth in modern full-stack web engineering (Next.js, React, TypeScript) and backend integration.
• Ability to contribute to production code while guiding architecture and direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary squad delivering customer experiences across NetBank and the CommBank App, GraphQL and supporting backend services.
• Set technical direction, architecture boundaries, performance, security and maintainability.
• Contribute to code and technical implementation where your involvement has impact.
• Collaborate with Product and Design during discovery before delivery commitments.
• Build a team with clear expectations, ownership and ongoing career development.
