Commonwealth Bank's Customer Digital & AI unit is seeking an Engineering Manager and Squad Tech Lead to steer a multidisciplinary team delivering self-service experiences across NetBank and the CommBank App, using Next.js, React, TypeScript, GraphQL and backend services.

You will contribute to production code, set technical direction, and mentor engineers while working with Product and Design during discovery to translate requirements into reliable, scalable software.

Qualificações

• Led engineers delivering customer-facing digital products in production.
• Strong depth in full-stack web engineering (Next.js, React, TypeScript) with backend integration.
• Able to contribute to production code while guiding architecture and direction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multidisciplinary squad delivering customer experiences across NetBank, the CommBank App, GraphQL and backend services.
• Set technical direction, architecture boundaries, performance, security and maintainability.
• Contribute to code and technical implementation where impact is highest.
• Collaborate with Product and Design during discovery to turn ideas into delivery.
