Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and delivery of scalable solutions across customer-facing applications, digital services and internal platforms.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, quality assurance and CI/CD pipelines.
• Coach, mentor and develop engineers through regular feedback and performance conversations.
• Partner with stakeholders across Technology and the broader business to shape solutions and drive successful delivery outcomes.
• Support platform modernisation, transformation or replatforming initiatives and work with distributed/remote teams.
