Job summary

Belle Banne Conveyor Products in Australia is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to build and lead our engineering function. This role emphasizes leadership, structure and accountability over day-to-day design work, with ownership of standards, workload visibility and resource utilisation.

You’ll mentor engineers, coordinate checks, set templates and change control, support sales and operations, and improve 3D workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in bulk materials handling, manufacturing, mining or related industries.
• Exposure to onshore and offshore engineering resources is advantageous.
• Proficient with CAD platforms and engineering data management.
• Willing to travel to client sites in mining environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical credibility to uphold quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers, a senior engineer and drafters.
• Provide technical oversight and coordinate checking and verification.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, templates and change control.
• Manage workload and priorities across onshore and offshore resources.
• Support sales, operations and site teams with technical input.
• Document and improve point cloud, 3D scanning and design workflows.
