Job summary

Sitemate in Australia is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering side of a product team. You will support the Product General Manager, mentor engineers, manage performance and growth, and ensure work flows from ready to build through to shipped with high quality and a predictable cadence.

You will collaborate with the Product Design Manager and Tech Lead to align scope, design, and architecture while focusing on execution and people.

• Ability to drive performance, growth and cadence from planning to shipping.
